Thornton Recreation Engagement Survey
Please take a moment to let us know what your needs and interests are as it relates to Thornton’s Recreation services and programs. One survey per household.
As a thank you for your time, everyone in your household will be gifted a day-pass to one of our centers: Thornton Community Center, Margaret Carpenter Recreation Center, Trail Winds Recreation Center, Community Pool or Park Village Pool. You will also be entered into a drawing for a $50 Visa gift card. In order to receive your gift and entry into the drawing, you must list your contact information at the end (otherwise it’s optional to include).
This feedback form should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
